    Step 1: Send the brief

    Answer four short screens about your business: what it is, what you do and where, what the site should do, and where to send the preview.

    Name the business, describe what you do and the area you serve, pick the main job for the site (calls, bookings, quote requests or visits) and say whether you have a logo and photos. Style and page choices are optional.
    We do
    Read your brief before anything is built and ask about anything essential that is missing. We review every brief and can decline a project that does not fit. Sending one never commits you or authorizes a charge.

  2. within 48 hours of your brief

    Step 2: We build the first version

    We design the site, write the copy from your brief and send you a private preview link.

    Nothing, unless we email you a question. Reply with your logo or photos if you said you have them.
    We do
    Design the layout, write the page copy, build the phone and desktop versions, set up page titles and descriptions, and add your contact form. Sites that take appointments get a Book button. We use AI to build fast. A person checks every first version before you see it.

    Step 3: You review the private preview

    You check every page on your phone and your computer and tell us what to change.

    You make edits with your site's AI builder and get help from the platform's 24/7 chat support. Email hello@freewebguy.com about your design and we reply within one business day.

    Quote new pages or a redesign before any work starts, and help with questions about your design.

    $15 a month, month to month

    Month to month, no contract. Cancel the $15 plan any month in your SMBcrm account. FreeWebGuy charges no cancellation fee. SMBcrm plans from $97 a month add CRM, email marketing, automation and a built-in booking calendar. They are optional.

What if I don't like the preview?

Tell FreeWebGuy what to change and we revise it with you. Reasonable revisions before launch are included. If it still isn't right, don't approve it: no card is taken until you approve the site and set up your SMBcrm plan, so you owe nothing.

What if I'm not ready to launch yet?

Take your time. Your FreeWebGuy preview is private, and nothing is charged until you approve it and set up your $15-a-month SMBcrm plan. If you decide not to launch at all, you owe nothing.

Can my site take bookings?

Yes. Sites that take appointments get a Book button. It opens the scheduler you already use, or a request-a-time form that emails you each request. A built-in calendar with reminders comes with SMBcrm plans from $97 a month. Tell us in the brief which scheduler you use, such as Square, Vagaro, Booksy, Acuity or Calendly.

What if I need more than a few pages?

Tell FreeWebGuy in the brief. The free build covers the site described in your accepted brief. A large site, a big product catalog or new pages after launch are quoted, and FreeWebGuy gets your approval before that work starts.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. A domain you already own stays in your name, and FreeWebGuy connects it to your new site when you go live. You keep paying your registrar for it as you do now; it is not part of the $15 a month.
