Included

What the $15 includes

Everything below comes with the hosting plan from the day your site goes live.

  1. Hosting with SSL

The site runs on SMBcrm hosting with an SSL certificate, so the address starts with https and browsers show the padlock.

  2. Your domain connected

We connect the domain you already own, or the one you register, so customers reach you at your own name.

  3. A layout built for phones first

Every page is laid out for a phone screen first, then widened for tablets and computers.

  4. SEO basics: page titles, descriptions and structure

Each page gets its own title, description and heading structure, so search engines can tell what you do and where. No one can promise a ranking, and we do not.

  5. A contact or request form that emails you

Customers can ask a question or request a quote from the site, and each message lands in your inbox.

  6. The AI builder for your own edits

Change hours, prices, photos or wording yourself on the day something changes, without filing a request.

  7. The platform's 24/7 chat support

The chat inside your SMBcrm account answers questions about the editor at any hour. Questions about your design go to hello@freewebguy.com, and we reply within one business day.

Taking appointments

Sites that take appointments get a Book button. It opens the scheduler you already use, or a request-a-time form that emails you each request. A built-in calendar with reminders comes with SMBcrm plans from $97 a month.

Only if you need them

What costs extra

Most of these are paid to other companies. Anything FreeWebGuy would charge for is quoted first, and work starts only after you approve the price.

  • A new domain, about $10 to $25 a year, paid to the registrar
  • Payment-processing fees if you take payments online
  • Usage-based text, email and AI charges if you turn those features on
  • New pages, a redesign or a large catalog after launch, quoted and approved before work starts
  • Optional SMBcrm plans from $97 a month

Online stores

Small online stores are included when we confirm they fit your plan. Payment processors charge their own fees, and large catalogs are quoted before any work starts.

Ownership

Who owns what

Who owns each part of your site, in plain terms. The legal wording is in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Who owns what on a FreeWebGuy site
Your domain Yours, registered in your name. A domain you already own stays with your registrar, and we connect it.
Your logo, photos and text Yours, whether or not you keep the plan. Keep your own copies of anything you send us.
The site design and platform Licensed to you while your $15 plan is active. FreeWebGuy keeps its templates and code, and SMBcrm runs the platform the site lives on.
When the plan ends If you cancel, the site goes offline. Ask us and we can help you gather your text and images. SMBcrm keeps account data for about 30 days after a plan ends.

Questions

Pricing questions

The billing questions people ask before they send a brief.

Every pricing and billing answer

When do I enter my card?

When you approve the preview, you set up your SMBcrm account and card for the $15 hosting plan. That is the only time we ask for payment details. Sending the brief, getting the preview and asking for changes all happen without a card.

What costs extra?

A few things sit outside the $15 a month: a new domain (about $10 to $25 a year, paid to the registrar), payment-processing fees if you take payments online, and usage-based text, email and AI charges if you turn those features on. New pages or a redesign after launch are quoted and approved before work starts. SMBcrm plans from $97 a month are optional.

What costs extra, line by line
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month to month, no contract. Cancel the $15 plan any month in your SMBcrm account. FreeWebGuy charges no cancellation fee. Emailing FreeWebGuy does not cancel the SMBcrm plan, though we can point you to the right place in your account. When the plan ends, the site goes offline.

What happens to your site if you cancel
What is SMBcrm, and why does my checkout say SMBcrm?

SMBcrm is the platform that hosts your website and bills the $15 a month. FreeWebGuy designs and builds the site; SMBcrm provides the hosting, your account and the billing. Both are brands of Leads 365 LLC, and SMBcrm's own terms govern your hosting account. Its CRM and marketing plans start at $97 a month and are optional.

Do I own my website?

Your domain, logo, photos and text stay yours. The site design and the hosting platform are licensed to you while your $15 plan is active. If you cancel, the site goes offline, but your domain and your content still belong to you.

Who owns what, in full
Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. FreeWebGuy has no contract and no setup fee. The build is $0, and the $15-a-month hosting plan runs month to month, so you can cancel it in your SMBcrm account in any month without a cancellation fee from FreeWebGuy.

See your website before you pay for it.

About 3 minutes. No credit card. Pay nothing until you approve it.
