For the AI builder, your account or billing, use the chat inside your SMBcrm account; the platform's 24/7 chat support answers there. For anything about your design, email hello@freewebguy.com. To cancel, use your SMBcrm account: an email to FreeWebGuy does not cancel the plan.

From the FAQ
Four quick answers
Do I pay anything before I see my site?
No. Sending the FreeWebGuy brief costs nothing and asks for no card. You get a private preview of the full site first, and you pay only if you approve it and set up your $15-a-month SMBcrm plan to go live.
How the approve-first process worksWhat's the catch?
The catch is the $15 a month for hosting, and it starts only after you approve your site. FreeWebGuy makes its money on hosting, not on the build, so the site has to be good enough that you keep it. There is no setup fee and no contract, and you can cancel any month.

FreeWebGuy sends a first version within 48 hours of your brief. Bigger sites, or briefs missing key details, take a few days more. The site goes live after you approve the preview and set up your SMBcrm plan, so you choose the launch date.
See every step and what it costsWill FreeWebGuy build every request?
No. We review every brief and can decline a project that does not fit. Sending one never commits you or authorizes a charge. The usual reasons are capacity, subject matter, technical fit or legal risk, as section 2 of the Terms of Service explains.
See your website before you pay for it.
About 3 minutes. No credit card. Pay nothing until you approve it.
