Yes. Small online stores are included when we confirm they fit your plan. Payment processors charge their own fees, and large catalogs are quoted before any work starts. Put what you sell, roughly how many products, and how you want to take payment in the brief.

FreeWebGuy sets up the SEO basics on every site: page titles, descriptions and structure. No one can promise a ranking. Map results come from your Google Business Profile, and your site backs it up with a page that confirms your services, service area and contact details.

Not as a set of files. FreeWebGuy sites run on SMBcrm hosting, and the design and platform are licensed while your plan is active, so the site cannot be downloaded and hosted elsewhere. Your domain, text and images stay yours, and we can help you gather them. If you need to host a site yourself, FreeWebGuy is not the right fit.

Yes. Your Google Business Profile is what Google shows in map results, and your website backs it up with your services, area and contact details. Google switched off the websites it built from Business Profiles in March 2024, so a profile no longer comes with a site.

When the $15 plan ends or lapses, the site goes offline. Ask us and we can help you gather your text and images. SMBcrm keeps account data for about 30 days after a plan ends, so ask early. Your domain stays registered in your name, and you can point it at a new site.
