Dietary notes and allergies

Both chiles are meat-free

Our red and green chile sauces have no meat, no meat stock and no lard, so either one can go on anything.
Where the pork is

The bacon and chorizo burritos, the stew, the adovada and the biscochitos. The beans are cooked without lard.
Wheat and gluten

Flour tortillas, buns and sopaipillas have wheat. The enchiladas use corn tortillas, but everything shares one flat-top and one fryer, so we can’t call any dish gluten-free.
Allergies

Tell us at the window. We’ll tell you what goes into a dish and how it’s cooked. In a truck this small, we can’t promise that any item is free of wheat, dairy or egg.
