Prep, protection and pricing work differently for each. Here’s what every job of that kind includes before any extras.
Interior
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors
From $325 a bathroom, walls only

- Holes filled, cracks patched, trim caulked, repairs spot-primed
- Protection
- Furniture centered and covered, canvas on the floors, plates off
- Coats
- Two coats on the walls, enamel on trim and doors
- Cleanup
- Vacuumed, plates back on, furniture back in place
Exterior
Siding, trim, soffits, doors and shutters
From $3,400 a single-story house
- Prep
- Washed, scraped to a sound edge, recaulked, bare wood primed
- Protection
- Beds and walks covered, windows and fixtures masked
- Coats
- Two coats on the siding, trim and doors in their own colors
- Cleanup
- Chips raked out of the beds, hardware back, a walk-around with you
Cabinets
Kitchen cabinets, vanities and built-ins
From $2,600 a kitchen up to 30 doors and drawers
- Prep
- Doors off and numbered, degreased, sanded, bonding primer
- Protection
- Counters, floors and appliances covered; the kitchen works at night
- Coats
- Doors sprayed in our shop, boxes brushed on site, two finish coats
- Cleanup
- Doors rehung, hinges adjusted, hardware back on

Walk-through at your house
About 45 minutes. We measure, look at every surface, ask when the house was built and brush out test patches of your colors if you want them.

Written estimate in 2 business days
Each room or surface on its own line, with the prep, the paint and sheen, labor and materials, a start date and the payment schedule.

Paint, then a final walk-through
You walk the finished job with the crew lead before the last drop cloth comes up. The balance is due after you sign off.
