Hours

  • Mon & Wed 7:30 am – 6 pm
  • Tue & Thu Noon – 7 pm
  • Friday 7:30 am – noon
  • Saturday 8 – 11 am

How the hour goes

  1. First 10 minutes

    Arrive and check in

Park in the lot behind the building and bring a photo ID and your insurance card. If you filled out the intake forms we texted you, check-in takes a minute. If not, we have them on paper at the desk.

  2. Next 15 minutes

    Talk it through

Your chiropractor asks what is bothering you, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to doing. Bring your own questions too.

  3. Next 20 minutes

    A hands-on exam

We check posture, how you move, reflexes and strength, then look closely at the sore spot. X-rays only if the exam gives us a reason, and you hear the price first.

  4. Last 10 to 15 minutes

    What happens next

We explain what we found, without the jargon, and whether chiropractic care fits it. If it does, we suggest a number of visits and the cost. If it does not, we tell you who to see instead.

Follow-up visits take 15 to 20 minutes. Nothing is prepaid: you pay for each visit when you have it.

What people come in for

The usual reasons, in plain words

Most first visits start with one of these. At that visit we tell you whether chiropractic care is a reasonable fit for what you have. If yours is not on the list, call and ask.

  • Low back pain

After lifting, after a long drive, or for no reason you can name.

  • Neck pain and stiffness

The kind that makes checking your blind spot a chore.

  • Headaches that start at the neck

Often alongside tight shoulders or a stiff neck.

  • Upper back and shoulder tightness

The desk-job ache between the shoulder blades.

  • Pain that runs into the hip or leg

Sometimes with tingling. We check where it is coming from.

  • Aches after a fall or a car accident

Once a medical doctor or urgent care has ruled out anything serious.

Cost

What it costs, before you come in

The same prices for everyone paying cash. No new-patient special, no packages, no membership.
